The controller of personal data is Dušan Mandát, with registered office at Bratislavská 1492/13, 102 00, Prague 10, ID No.: 65742061, (hereinafter the “CONTROLLER”). The CONTROLLER undertakes to ensure the security of your personal data. All your personal data may only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. The CONTROLLER is entitled to change this privacy policy from time to time by updating it on the Website.

By providing us with your personal data, you grant us your consent to the processing and administration of the provided data for the purposes and under the conditions set out below. All personal data that we receive from you will be collected, stored and used in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the “Regulation”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, (hereinafter the “Act”).

What we collect

  • Right to data portability (i.e. to obtain personal data concerning you and which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller).
