These privacy principles set out how we use and protect your personal data that is provided to us through the use of the website https://www.tactical-evo.com (hereinafter the “Website”). The controller of personal data is Dušan Mandát, with registered office at Bratislavská 1492/13, 102 00, Prague 10, ID No.: 65742061, (hereinafter the “CONTROLLER”). The CONTROLLER undertakes to ensure the security of your personal data. All your personal data may only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. The CONTROLLER is entitled to change this privacy policy from time to time by updating it on the Website.

By providing us with your personal data, you grant us your consent to the processing and administration of the provided data for the purposes and under the conditions set out below. All personal data that we receive from you will be collected, stored and used in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the “Regulation”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, (hereinafter the “Act”).

What we collect

When you visit our Website, our servers temporarily store connection data of the requesting computer (IP address) for system security purposes, the pages you visit on our website, the date and duration of the visit, the identifier of the browser type and operating system used (“user agent”), and the website from which you came (“referring server”). This data may be analysed for statistical purposes. The analysis is performed in aggregate and individual users are not tracked retrospectively.

Any other personal data, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail, will be collected only if you provide it voluntarily, for example in connection with your order in the e-shop, in connection with your request for information using the contact form, when registering a customer account or when registering for a newsletter subscription.

Your personal data are stored on our secure servers in our IT systems. Personal data are collected, processed and stored exclusively within the territory of the European Union and are not and will not be transferred outside the territory of the European Union.

Your personal data processed in connection with the fulfilment of your order will be available to the relevant employees and persons of CONTROLLER responsible for processing orders.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you are entitled to the rights specified below, which you may exercise at your discretion.

• Right of access to personal data – you may request from us, free of charge, information about the processing of your personal data
• Right to data portability (i.e. to obtain personal data concerning you and which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller).
• In the case of processing carried out on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time in part or in full with effect for the future. Without the relevant consent, we will not further carry out the processing in question. You may withdraw your consent at the email or postal contact address stated below. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
