Tecasorb consists of absorbent covering nano dressings or plasters with a carbon layer, made from active carbon textile.
Tecasorb is easy to use and supports faster healing. It is durable and has lasting absorbent properties. In cases of significantly infected wounds, the dressing should be changed every 6-12 hours initially.
After improvement, the optimal application time for Tecasorb is 24–72 hours. The intervals between dressing changes can vary significantly depending on the individual's treatment plan, but generally, treatment cycles become shorter.

This dressing consists of a dual-layer covering. The upper layer is a non-woven white textile made from a blend of viscose and polypropylene fiber, forming an inactivated medium for the black absorbent. The absorbent is an elastic textile with a macroscopic smooth surface made from thermally processed hydrate cellulose fiber.
